Calecim Professional is a multi-national cosmeceutical company with a footprint into the US, UK, Middle East, India, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.

At the forefront of dermatology, its cosmeceutical products use globally-patented, revolutionary cord lining stem cell technology for skincare to promote skin health and repair, rejuvenation and wound healing.

Work with the client involves consultancy and strategic planning across all layers of through-the-funnel digital marketing both B2B and direct to consumer. It encompasses building a framework for digital advertising from scratch, social media marketing, content marketing, search engine optimisation, performance marketing, and deep-dive data analysis.



Much was done to create brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement to social pages and the website through top and middle of funnel ad campaigns to fortify brand identity, build brand voice, and drive discovery.



The client continues to experience revenue growth, amplified brand recall, an upsurge in engagement and website visits.

LALALAWAY

lalalaway is a B2C travel portal startup in Indonesia with a focus on offering the best rates and flash sale deals for luxury accommodation and hotels. Owned by parent company and travel conglomerate MG Group, it was a go-to-market project that was worked on from scratch — with heavy marketing planning and consultancy work to get it off the ground. 

The client had no prior B2C digital marketing expertise and required help and advise to steer the startup to meet business objectives and goals.

The work involved includes wide-ranging aspects of Market Research, Strategy and Planning, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Video Production and Digital Advertising. 

Adopting a multi-channel approach through the funnel, the campaigns we ran included a good mixture of brand awareness and performance marketing — targeted at meeting KPIs with a huge focus on ROI and purchase conversions.

The client grew from 0 to 150,000 Facebook followers in less than 3 months. Registrations on their web portal also grew to more than 20,000 members in 6 months. Top line revenue of about US$75,000 from bookings/purchases was attained within that same 6 month period.

MARKET RESEARCH + STRATEGIC PLANNING & INSIGHTS

The client required deep market research and strategic planning work put together in order to determine feasibility for the launch of a potential mobile app that could streamline its business operations outside Singapore — starting with Thailand and Indonesia. 

 

Commissioned to dig deep and work through the digital and competitive landscape with data analytics and insights, the planning was driven by a process of ideation.

 

The mandate was to make sure that the client’s business strategy was headed in the right direction and was a sound one — that it addressed a gap in the market which the client had the ability to fill. 

 

A 278-page deck was woven together to deliver research that would create the starting point for the client’s marketing strategy and how it should approach the development of its mobile app.

HER WORLD

The client required video post-production work for editorial content, influencer marketing content, and paid partnership content for the HerWorld website and social accounts over multiple campaigns –– Paris Fashion Week 2018, G2000 SS19 Collection, Show+Tell Campaign.

 

This was to create brand stickiness and drive traffic to the HerWorld website and social accounts. It led to an increase in traffic and overall viewership on their website and social profiles.
